Our three-month package is flexible and includes an in-person meeting for a site walk-through one month before your big day, as well as Zoom/Google Meet meetings with the couple. We also provide you with a recommended vendor list. Plus, our package includes all day-of coordination services detailed below. We offer all-day coordination services for your wedding. Our team will take care of the following tasks throughout the day: coordinating with vendors, setting up the welcome table, escort cards, and other small items, overseeing the floor plan and timeline, ensuring vendors receive final payments and/or tips, ceremony and cueing any music. Making sure all vendor meals are met, and breaking down the space after the event. Please feel free to inquire about our all-day coordination services.

We'll set up your gift registry and come up with fun game ideas. We offer set-up and breakdown services, and can also provide decor rental, DJ, staging, lighting, and even space rental.
